Tell us a little about yourself and how you came to be in your current business.
After college, I went to work for a real estate company that bought apartments & converted most to condos. Some buildings didn't convert well, so they remained as apartments. It was easy to see the financial benefits to being a landlord, a steady income stream without an employer holding you hostage.
