Mortgage Only Defaulters
Mortgage Only Defaulters - Defaulters only on their mortgages, but no other debts are not the credit risk you may suspect. This according to a new study released by the credit monitoring service TransUnion.
The results of the TransUnion study found people who defaulted on their mortgage, particularly during the mortgage meltdown crisis of the past few years, but no other consumer debt are less likely to default again compared to those that defaulted on their mortgage and at least one other debt.
