Real estate, as many investors call it, is the ultimate investment. Real estate is the only thing will hold its value 1000 years down the road. Probably all the stocks we know today will have gone bankrupt by then, but real estate is the one investment that holds true value. Teddy Roosevelt once said “they’ve stopped manufacturing land; it’s time to buy it.” But like any good investor, one needs to know the dangers and risks before investing. A major problem for investing in real estate lies in liquidity.
