Rentership Society - In our society, rentership is becoming a very popular phrase used by people studying the homeownership trends in the United States. According to a new report, the country is becoming one of renters, hence the term rentership society.
According to a report by Morgan Stanley today, homeownership is poised to fall below 60 percent in this country. Depending on how you crunch the numbers, it could already be below 60%, which would be the lowest level of homeownership in this country since the U.S. Census started collecting this data.
